Tell M&G whether the request follows a remodel or a new-build handover. Describe which rooms were worked on, what condition they are in and the cleaning you need. Photos help explain the space and any areas requiring closer review.
Share when project work will be finished and when the space will be safe and accessible for cleaning. The scope is reviewed for the actual property before a visit is confirmed.
Confirm the work before handover
Provide any owner, agent or project handover checklist rather than assuming a general home-cleaning checklist covers everything. Identify new surfaces or finishes and share any relevant care instructions.
M&G confirms the tasks it can accept, access requirements, time needed and total price. Mention work still in progress or other trades returning so the visit can be planned around the completed space.
What to send for an estimate
Include your requested cleaning date and the occupancy or handover deadline. M&G reviews the scope, price and visit time with you. A $50 booking fee is required to secure the cleaning appointment and is applied toward the total cleaning cost.
