The $250 standard-cleaning package includes two cleaners for two hours, giving you four combined labor hours. Agree on the rooms and priorities for the visit. If more time is needed, M&G confirms the hourly rate for any extra time and gets your approval before continuing. Deep cleaning and other services are quoted separately. Will my whole home be cleaned in two hours?
It depends on the size, condition and priorities agreed for your standard clean. If more than two hours is needed, M&G discusses the additional time and hourly rate with you before continuing. Deep cleaning is quoted separately, with walkthrough estimates available to request.
Do you offer regular cleaning?
Yes. We offer weekly, every-other-week and monthly home cleaning. Airbnb turnovers are also available. Recurring visits and turnovers are quoted separately.
Can I request a walkthrough for deep cleaning?
Yes. Choose deep cleaning and request a walkthrough, then share your location, room sizes, condition and preferred timing. M&G arranges the review directly and confirms the cleaning checklist and quote. A walkthrough request does not confirm a walkthrough time or a cleaning appointment.
Can I ask for oven or refrigerator cleaning?
Ask about appliance interiors, cabinets and other detail work in your request. We’ll confirm what can be included and whether additional time is needed.
How are standard, deep and move-out cleaning different?
Standard cleaning is routine upkeep for surfaces, kitchens, bathrooms and floors. Deep cleaning adds appliance and cabinet interiors, baseboards and trim, accessible fixtures and window tracks, plus detailed living-area and bedroom work. Move-out cleaning is planned for a property handover, using the condition and checklist you provide. We confirm the exact tasks before the visit.
Can you clean a home before listing photos or showings?
Yes. M&G works with homeowners selling their homes and real estate agents. Share your photo, showing or closing deadline, property size and cleaning priorities. We’ll discuss the work and confirm availability directly.
Do you clean after remodeling or construction?
Yes. Send photos, describe the completed work and tell us which areas need cleaning. Mention any unfinished work and access restrictions so M&G can review the project before confirming the scope and date.
Do you clean apartments and RVs?
Yes. M&G has worked with apartment properties and also cleans RVs. Send the apartment’s size or RV length, condition, location and access details. The cleaning checklist and price are agreed on for your space.
